Yarjerit Tinntinabulaar was raised in a diverse city by his father, Yarjerit Balasar, who had created a modest collection of books and other materials pertaining to the history and lore of dragons. As an adult, Tinntinabulaar (called “Tuneful” in his youth) set out to finish his father’s work: to collect rare documents and create a library of dragon lore and history. He received a letter from his father that mentioned his theory of a dragon-focused library already in existence. Tinntinabulaar decided to begin his adventuring career by setting out to find this library, collect information, and to create his own tale along the way.
He has been trained in several instruments, particularly the lute, the shawm, and the drum. He also carries a small, magical chime, an heirloom from his parents. It acts like a Chime of Opening (can open doors when hit), but he can also use magic to change the tone of the chime at will.
Later in life, after many years of adventuring, Tinntinabulaar (often called “Yarjerit” by friends of other races) started to recruit other adventurers to continue the search for new documents while he indexes the catagorizes the ever-mounting library collection.
